Over the last 200 years many definitions of “classical” homeopathy have been used. At the core of nearly all of these definitions are the following key elements:
Each organ system, while connected to the essential life force or Chi of a person, is also a unique BioEnergy system, vibrating at a certain resonant frequency. An imbalance in the organ’s frequency represents a disturbance in its BioEnergy, and slows the process of doing what it knows to do naturally – that is, to regenerate and renew itself.
In order to stimulate regeneration, cells and organs need a specific input of energy of certain wave forms, which correlate to the weakened organ. They need the right amount of energy coupled with the right message. The ideal regenerative remedy is a booster shot of subtle energy, which imprints the proper energy pattern into the matrix of that organ system, producing a message which ultimately returns that organ system to its natural resonant frequency.
The best way to stimulate this process is through the use of homeopathy. We must remember that concentrations of the key nutrients in the blood and in the intracellular fluid – which are necessary for cellular life to be sustained and renewed- are expressed in millions of moles (infinitesimal quantities).
Homeopathy also deals with micro-concentrations of substances which are necessary for cellular life to be sustained and renewed. Vitamins, minerals, foods, and herbs need to be broken down, and thus require energy for their conversion to micro-nutrients which can be used by the body. For many sick patients, these expenditures of energy for the processes of digestion and conversion to micro-concentrations may further deplete their energy, thus impeding regeneration. Lets begin, therefore, with homeopathic micro-doses and conserve energy. http://thebarefoothomeopath.com/homeopathy.htmlAYURVEDA

AYURVEDA
Understand your Ayurvedic constitution and receive basic food and lifestyle recomendations to help find balance in your daily life.
In recent years, so many new medicinal systems have been evolved, we find the change of subject, bio-chemical values, signs and symptoms, line of treatments, medicinal formulations etc. Whereas none of the Ayurvedic principles have changed so far in these 5000 years and cannot be, here after too.
Ayurveda treats body as a whole
Even though the disease is a separate entity, emphasis is given to treat the disease condition by understanding the root cause and duly treating the Doshic variations, by strengthening the body tissues (dhatus). Ayurveda believes that Dosha vriddhi (Doshic vitiation) and Dhatu bala haani (diminishing of the strength of the tissues) are the main factors contributing in the manifestation of the disease. Thus treatment of the root cause of the disease is the superiority of Ayurveda.
Treatment for lifestyle diseases
Due to changing lifestyle, unhealthy food-habits and atmospheric conditions, newer diseases are emerging with time. The measures explained under Ritucharia and Dinacharia (Routines of day and season) are the guidelines for all the individuals of any religion, nation, food habits, economic status etc.
Maintenance of Mental health
While explaining the diseases, their understanding and line of treatments, Ayurveda focuses upon mental health along with physical health. The personal regimens, attitudes, exercises and lifestyles explained in Ayurveda are more adoptable to overcome the anxiety and stress, which are prime factors of current day ill health conditions.
Ayurveda explains unique formulations to increase the immunity of the individuals.
Separate treatment models have been explained to treat the disease found in children, during pregnancy, puerperal disorders, old age etc. If these are adopted properly, money and time can be saved. Unique methods of rejuvenation quoted in Ayurvedic texts are the added advantages to prevent the recurrences or else to reduce the severity of the illnesses.
